May I take this opportunity to thank you for providing my wife and I with such a pleasant experience and , of course, fantstic final product. 

I was somewhat nervous about undertaking the bathroom refit as this was the first time I had ever commissioned something of this nature.  Sufficed to say I should not have been concerned for a second.  I was extremely pleased with how efficient, tidy, professional and not least friendly you and your colleagues were when working in my house.  I was particularly impressed with Dan who stayed extremely late on a couple of occasions and even came in on the final Satruday to make sure the job was completed on time.
